Vary condition No. 1- Plan Numbers on planning approval PL/2021/01119/PPF- Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of new dwelling (Resubmission of planning approval PL/2020/01105/PPFL- Demolish existing dwelling and construct new dwelling) with main difference in proposed footprint and elevations namely to move dwelling footprint 900mm forward on site, with no other changes to design and to increase depth of rear garden.
