Variation of condition No.1 of planning permission dated 24/03/2023 reference PL/2021/02988/MINFHO for Ground floor and two storey extensions to existing dwelling, demolition of existing triple garage and erection of new detached swimming pool enclosure to allow for amendments to fenestration and amend the single storey extension from pitched roof to flat roof.

Vary condition 1- Approved plans on planning approval PL/2020/03062/PPFL- Demolition of existing house and replacement with two new houses, including landscaping works, filling in former pond and provision of new access. Namely for PLOT 1: Dwelling handed to garage is back-to-back with plot; garage now attached, rather than integral, therefore projects further from the dwelling; garage width increased, thus projecting circa. 0.5m from side elevation of house right hand side; predominant material to be render rather than brick; feature material to be grey slate cladding rather than render; minor changes to fenestration, including new circular window to front gable; tonework and stone surrounds to windows; utilisation of additional loft space as habitable space, within same volume; changes to garage increase volume slightly; additional habitable space in loft and garage changes results in a slight increase in overall floor area as noted on site plan. For PLOT 2: Garage length increase by circa. 1m; minor changes to fenestration, including new circular window to front gable; omit stone/surround to windows; changes to porch design; design change to first floor rear elevation; larger central feature gable; Reduction in overall floor area & volume.

Vary condition No. 1- Approved plans on planning application Number PL/2022/00438/PPFL- Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 2 new dwellings with associated works approved on 26/4/2022. Namely, revised design to incorporate additional floor area within the roof space, together with the insertion of rooflight and amendment to approved window positions on the south elevation.
