Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 24th July 2020 (PL/2020/00411/PPFL) for demolition of the existing car sales showroom and associated buildings and the erection of nine terraced residential dwellings with associated parking and landscaping. Namely: Amend plots 4, 5, 8 and 9 into three bedroom dwellings and incorporate both vehicular and pedestrian entrance gates into the site.

Removal of part (iv) condition 5 (Drainage) of planning permission dated 24th July 2020 (PL/2020/00411/PPFL) for the demolition of the existing car sales showroom and associated buildings and the erection of nine terraced residential dwellings with associated parking and landscaping. Namely: Remove part (iv) - model and calculations demonstrating that the proposed system will manage flows to greenfield rates in all storms up to a 1 in 100 year storm with an appropriate allowance for climate change from drainage condition.
