To allow for alterations to the rear footprint, removal of the chimneys, the addition of solar panels built into the roof, the addition of frosted landing windows between the 2 properties including minor alterations to window shapes / positions, alteration to front door canopy from flat roof to pitched, skewing the driveway of Plot 1 slightly, to avoid the existing telegraph pole.

To amend the approved plans to allow for the rear wall to be moved out by 1.5 metres at ground level beneath first floor balcony.).
