Variation to condition 2 of Appeal Decision reference APP/H2835/D/14/2213642 (WP/2013/0541/F) - The new building line should run parallel to the existing boundary wall on the south side of the plot (retaining an existing wall), being the same length as the building line on the original planning permission.
