Variation of Condition 4 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 22/00877/PLF (Erection of single storey extension to rear, construction of flat roof dormer to rear and changes to fenestration following demolition of existing conservatory) - Retrospective Application

Variation of Condition 2 (Develop in accordance with approved plns) of planning permission 17/02419/FUL (Erection of new Music School, construction of link to Lynam Hall, landscaping including the formation of a new courtyard, garden area to Lane House and entrance courtyard. (Amended plans)(Additional information-Acoustic Report and Engineering Report)) to allow revisions of the window details and the extent and siting of solar panels on the roof.

Demolition of existing house. Construction of one 2 storey detached house with basement, 2 rear dormer windows and 2 balconies to rear first floor, together with the erection of a detached garage. Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission: 3/21/0893/FUL - Removal of external steps to basement. Increase size of front porch. Amendments to windows and doors. New windows and doors. Removal of handrail from balcony railing to become frameless glazed balcony. Alteration to garage, revised position of dwelling.

Creation of new access and erection of 4 dwellings with associated garaging/carports (revised scheme of 20/00781/FUL) (Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of 21/01695/FUL to change the 'arched' openings on Plot 1 (necessary to accommodate the exposed rafter feet detail in construction), to change the arched windows on plot 2 (south-west elevation) to horizontal window heads with arched soldier course over, and to amend the garage block for plot 2 to provide additional storage space and alterations to fenestration (south-east elevation).

Variation of condition 3 (plans) attached to 17/06411/FUL (Construction of replacement single storey garage/workshop with the erection of a detached oak framed garage/workshop) to allow for the insertion of a flue, fenestration alterations and a larger generator room which extends rearwards

Proposed demolition of the existing single storey side extension, and the conservatory to the rear. Construction of a new two-storey side extension and loft space accommodation with rear and side facing dormer windows, erection of rear single storey extension and erection of a carport in the front garden. Variation of Condition 1 of permission 17/01729/HHOLD. Design alteration to remove overhang to the northwest corner of extension and enlarge utility room into the space.

Vary condition 2 and remove condition 6 of 20/00030/FULLN (Erection of house and garage and construction of vehicular access) - to allow for a reduction in scale of development and remove condition for window that is no longer proposed
