Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 of permission 19/03027/FULL1 for conversion of a former care home (Class C2) to residential use (Class C3), replacement rear extension and associated works. Variation to conditions 1 (approved drawings) and 2 (car parking) attached to permission 17/02795/FUL dated 06/10/2017 for 'Alterations, erection of single/two storey rear extension, dormer extensions in front and rear elevations and conversion to form 5 two bedroom and 4 one bedroom flats. Provision of associated parking, cycle and refuse stores'. The effect of the variation is to retain the 2 vehicle crossovers as existing rather than the approved single crossover and to rearrange the parking spaces accordingly.

Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 18/04305/FULL1 (dated 1 November 2019 for erection of first and second floor extensions over existing garage to provide 4x new 1-bedroom flats and 1x refurbished existing flat, net gain 4 units), to allow internal floor layout alterations, erection of roof formation incorporating 4 front and 4 rear dormer windows.

Application for a Minor Material Amendment (S73a) for removal of condition 3 (existing roof terrace) condition 4 (car parking area) of planning permission ref: P/2004/4915 dated 23/12/2004 for: Conversion of upper floor flat into 2 self-contained flats to include use of loft space, together with roof alterations including dormer window extension to rear and roof lights to front and rear roof slopes and replacement of shop front. Amendment proposes removal of condition 3 as superseded by application ref P/2006/4818 dated 14/05/2007, where permission to build roof terrace has been granted, and removal of car parking requirement from this permission as imposed by condition 4
