Variation of condition 2 (drawing) of planning permission CA//19/00147/FUL for the Proposed two-storey detached dwelling with accommodation in the roofspace following demolition of existing dwelling; to allow realignment of the proposed building to be parallel with the N.W. boundary wall, internal room arrangement with associated alterations to the fenestration,minor alterations to the design of the fenestration, pitch of the roof changed with additional dormer windows and roof lanterns to flat roof and ground floor and garage floor level lowered.
