Variation of condition 1 (Approved drawings) and condition 4 (Secondary glazing) pursuant to planning application 2020/0458 for Full (part retrospective): Change of use of the main building from a dwelling house to a mixed use of sui generis and residential use to enable events such as a farmers' market, a gallery and music concerts, with an element of residential accommodation retained. Incorporates associated internal and external alterations to the building, plus landscaping and retaining works. Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission: 3/20/1652/FUL - To amend the layout of the first-floor shower and en-suite in St Nicholas Hall and to revise the welfare accommodation for the shop unit.
