Removal of condition 6 of planning permission 3/2001/0390 (Change of use and extension of former agricultural buildings to business and residential use and associated works) to remove business use restriction to allow full residential occupancy of the building.

Variation of condition 2 of planning consent 17/0374/FUL (Retrospective change of use from agricultural land to residential involving earthworks and erection of new gates; retrospective construction of front porch and proposed two storey extension to cottage) to facilitate extension to west elevation and to include additional living accommodation with two dormer windows.
