Variation of Condition No.2 of DC/20/3631/VOC - Variation of Condition No.2 of DC/20/1573/FUL -Alterations and renovation of existing house and construction of single storey extension with mezzanine level to the east. Demolition of West facing entrance lobby, WC and Shower. North facing first floor bathroom and WC, North facing ground floor log store. East facing first floor bathroom dormer, Boiler roof. Drawing room garden doors and roof over - We wish to omit the loft conversion from the project and have altered the drawings accordingly so there is no new access. The existing loft hatches will be retained and the loft space will continue to be used for storage only - Introduce three dormer windows to serve two proposed loft bedrooms & reduce the size of one new north facing window in bedroom 3.

Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning permission ref: 20/00439/FUL (Partial demolition to accommodate the renovation and extension of an existing greenhouse with Photovoltaics panels and a separate gate entrance and associated landscaping), granted on 31/03/2020. Amendments sought: Change of cladding material from corrugated hemp fibre sheets to vertical timber weatherboarding including alteration to fenestration on the south elevation; removal of the solar panels and installation of three rooflights in the south facing roofslope of the building.

Application to vary condition no's 19 (allocated site) and 20 (approved plans list) attached to planning permission 15/03059/F (Demolition of all the existing derelict buildings on the site, with the exception of the Grade II Listed Building (retained), along with the decommissioning and removal of all the above and below ground tanks. To make way for 14 new residential dwelling units, comprising of 10 new build houses, along with the complete renovation and refurbishment of 13 Victoria Avenue (Grade II listed Building) into 4 flats of a 1 and 2 bedroom mix) - proposed alterations to the design of house types A and B (including removal of roof terraces).
