Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans) and 19 (Levels) and removal of conditions 11 (Structures) and 15 (Made Ground),condition 24 (Construction Phase Plan) of application reference no: 17/02165/FUL dated 26/02/2021 (Residential development comprising 22no. two and three bedroom affordable dwellings including associated works) in order to allow for alterations to the site entrance and to the orientation of visitor parking spaces; amend boundary treatments to plot frontages; revise proposed levels [and associated paths and steps] in the NE corner of the site and agree a revised remediation strategy.
