Amendment seeks alterations to approved driveway arrangement to provide more parking space; and changes to front landscaping, and location of refuse storage

Variation of condition 2 (drawing) of planning permission CA//19/00147/FUL for the Proposed two-storey detached dwelling with accommodation in the roofspace following demolition of existing dwelling; to allow realignment of the proposed building to be parallel with the N.W. boundary wall, internal room arrangement with associated alterations to the fenestration,minor alterations to the design of the fenestration, pitch of the roof changed with additional dormer windows and roof lanterns to flat roof and ground floor and garage floor level lowered.

Variation of condition 02 (drawings) of planning permission CA/20/00724/FUL for Proposed two-storey detached dwelling, front boundary wall & rear patio, following demolition of 1 no. existing dwelling to allow amended position and orientation of building, addition of 2 no. dormer windows to east elevation, removal of window on north elevation, first floor window and ground floor window to north elevation, 2no. windows to south elevation, 2 no. windows to west elevation and replacement of bifold doors with a single door on the west elevation.

Application for variation of condition 2 on planning permission 100987/FUL/20 (Conversion of the existing dwelling into a pair of semi detached dwellinghouses following the erection of a first floor side and a part single/part three storey rear extension with associated boundary fencing/gates and other external alterations and landscaping) to remove the rear facing dormer to the north east, and to alter the number and position of rooflights and windows on the side, front and rear elevations.
