Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission: 3/20/0131/HH - Demolition of conservatory and front porch. Erection of single storey rear and side extensions. Raising of roof, to create first floor accommodation over existing bungalow. Erection of new part single storey and part one-and-a-half storey front entrance hall. Alterations to fenestration throughout.

Variation of Condition 2 and 3 of planning permission reference 20/00532/FULL6 (dated 29 May 2020 for demolition of existing conservatory, erection of part single storey part/two storey front, side and rear extensions; incorporating first floor over existing bungalow, and formation of vehicular access and driveway on to Goddington Lane) to alter the approved drawings; allowing for the insertion of front and rear roof light windows, and to allow for the surface water drainage to be carried out in accordance with the details submitted herein.
