The proposed development within this application is to remove the existing dwelling and redevelopment of the site as a residential scheme providing 2, five bedroom family homes set over two floors with occupied roof spaces. Variation of conditions 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 of permission 22/00047/F, approved drawing numbers, windows, trees, landscaping, parking and turning, construction transport management plan, electric vehicle charging, boundary treatments, energy and water efficiency statement and ecology.

Vary condition 2 and remove condition 6 of 20/00030/FULLN (Erection of house and garage and construction of vehicular access) - to allow for a reduction in scale of development and remove condition for window that is no longer proposed

Variation of condition 2 (Development in Accordance with Plans), 3 (Materials), 5 (Construction Traffic Management Plan), 7 (Details - Front Garden) and 8 (Drainage) of planning permission 21/03376/VAR (Demolition of existing bungalow. Provision of 1no. car parking space, bin and cycle stores and associated landscaping.) to allow changes to layout, fenestration and materials and provide details required by conditions 5, 7 and 8.

Variation of Condition No. 2 of DC/21/1795/FUL - Demolition of a number of flat roofed extensions, construction of three single storey extensions and one two storey extension, Thermally upgrade the existing property externally (clad with timber and render), erection of a traditional 3 bay cart lodge, replacement of existing windows and undertake a modest landscape scheme - The Cart Lodge design has been amended to allow for a plant room, and the overall location relative to the main house has changed slightly. Therefore, condition 2 needs to change to allow for the amended drawing A02-07 A and the revised Cart Lodge plans and elevations A02-08 A - 2.
