Variation of Condition 2 (drawing Numbers) on planning permission FUL/2020/2794 for Construction of an industrial unit (General Industrial (Class B2) and/or Storage and Distribution (Class B8) use) with ancillary offices, access, servicing, parking, drainage and landscaping. Construction of HGV trailer parking for adjacent unit (Class B8) with pre-check offices, lighting, drainage and landscaping; and all other ancillary works approved on 12/11/2021 - to amend height of building, addition of a door to gatehouse, and relocation of HGV turning circle, erection of single storey plant room with plant on the roof, installation of first floor mezzanine, HVAC installation, additional windows, installation of silos, water treatment plant, smoking shelter, new automatic barrier and other external alterations.
