Variation of condition 1 (Approved drawings) and condition 4 (Secondary glazing) pursuant to planning application 2020/0458 for Full (part retrospective): Change of use of the main building from a dwelling house to a mixed use of sui generis and residential use to enable events such as a farmers' market, a gallery and music concerts, with an element of residential accommodation retained. Incorporates associated internal and external alterations to the building, plus landscaping and retaining works. Also the construction of an external WC block, and the construction of a new stand-alone one-bedroom apartment for use as a holiday let.

Minor material amendment (S.73) to vary condition no.2 (approved plans) in pursuant to planning permission reference 181295FUL dated 17/08/2018 for 'Construction of a two-storey residential dwelling, including the creation of a new access, associated landscaping, amenity space, refuse and cycle storage.' Amendments sought to increase the number of photovoltaic cells at roof level from four (4) to eleven (11); along with the installation of astroturf in lieu of a green roof (Retrospective).
