Minor material amendment (S.73) to vary condition no.2 (approved plans), seeking to allow to remove the basement from the proposed development, in pursuant to planning permission reference 215885FUL dated 04/05/2022 for: Reconstruction of existing building, including excavation to provide a basement level and sunken gardens, to accommodate seven (7) self-contained flats (following the demolition of the rear of the building, with the retention of the front façade); incorporating a single storey side extension; single storey rear extension; first floor rear extension; two side roof (dormer) extensions; rear roof extension; and the installation of two roof lights to front roof slope; along with the provision of bicycle storage, refuse storage and amenity space.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of Planning Appeal Ref: APP/X0415/W/19/3219988 (Demolition of an existing dwelling and erection of two new semi-detached family dwellings with associated amenity space and car parking) to allow for amendments to the scheme including increase in depth to ground floor level single-storey rear projections and new dormer at rear roof level in line with Permitted Development Rights available to the completed development.

Variation of condition 2 (development in accordance with approved plans) of planning permission 21/01055/FUL (Demolition of existing utility and WC. Erection of a single storey side and rear extension to link store and garage to main house. Formation of 2no. dormers to rear roofslope and enlargement of existing rear dormer. Insertion of 1no. rooflight to each side roofslope and removal of 2no. chimneys. Demolition of existing rear bay window and formation of timber doors to rear elevation. Alterations to fenestration and landscaping) to allow an additional rooflight to second floor roof and increase in depth of proposed kitchen.
