Residential development (erection of 19 dwellings and conversion of existing station building to a dwelling) and demolition of outbuilding and shed [Variation of Condition 13 (Use Class B1a) of 02/00425/FUL to allow the former station building to be used as a hairdressers (Use Class E)]

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 20/1838/MFUL (Demolition of existing buildings and the residential development of 33 new homes in a mix of 10 no. dwellings and 19 apartments and the conversion and refurbishment of Eldin House to create 4 apartments, partial demolition of potting shed and greenhouse and extensions to create dwelling, together with vehicle and pedestrian accesses, landscaping and associated infrastructure) to allow design changes to the approved apartment block which include changes to balconies, window position and alignments and the addition of a lift overrun to the roof and the approved dwellings which include internal layout changes, the addition of porches, changes to window positions and design.

Application for removal of conditions 7 and 14 of application BH2020/02209 (Demolition of existing garage & storage sheds and erection of a three storey building to provide 1no two bedroom flat and 2no one bedroom flats (C3)). Condition 7 required a scheme to provide that the residents of the development, other than those residents with disabilities who are Blue Badge Holders, have no entitlement to a resident's parking permit. Condition 14 required compliance with Building Regulations Optional Requirement M4(2) (accessible and adaptable dwellings).

Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans); 3 (Construction Management Plan); 4 (Materials) and 8 (Hard and Soft Landscaping) imposed on planning permission FUL/2020/0009 for the Demolition of existing garages and development of a bungalow with parking and landscaping approved on 20/03/2020 to allow for the re-siting of the bungalow to be set back within the site, installation of photovoltaic panels on rear roof slope, electric vehicle charging point, and the erection of a shed in rear garden. The details submitted for consideration include: Construction Management Plan, Materials schedule and hard and soft landscaping details (external works).

Variation of condition 2 imposed on planning permission FUL/2020/0011 for the Demolition of existing garages and development of x2 4-bed houses approved on 02/07/2020 to amend condition 2 (approved plans) to allow for 9 photovoltaic panels to to be installed on each roof and to provide a shed to each property, including details to discharge condition 4 - hard and soft landscaping.

Application to vary conditions 10 (landscaping scheme), 12 (approved materials) and 13 (list of approved plans) of permission 19/04679/X, which (following previous amendments to permission 10/05512/R, itself a renewal of permission 07/02235/F) approved the demolition of shed to the rear, conversion of the remainder to three dwellings and commercial use (Classes A1, A2, B1 or D2); and erection of a building comprising 20 flats. (Major application) - now proposed change of wording of condition 10 and 12, so wording only relates to the development of 20 flats and not the 2m wide strip of land between the rear wall and the bicycle/bin store, to reflect the different ownerships of the overall site as set out in the submitted cover letter.

Application for the variation of condition No 22 (List of approved plans and drawings) following the grant of planning application - 19/01898/F for the demolition of a single storey shed and the construction of a new three storey residential (Use Class C3) development containing 4 x 2 bedroom 2 x 1 bedroom flats.
