Loft conversion including roof level extension and formation of a single rear dormer and two front roof lights, one rooflight to the side roof slope and one to the rear roof slope together with installation of replacement windows in the rear elevation at first floor level) granted on 19/04/2016. Variation sought: Installation of zinc cladding to the rear dormer cheeks and the roof of the rear ground floor extension. A new dormer window style.
