Variation of conditions 4 (Trees retention) and 9 (Soft landscaping and tree planting) of planning permission ref : 17/02141/FUL (Demolition of existing single storey building; removal of temporary portable building; removal of selected trees; enlarging and infilling existing window and door openings; construction of single storey link building; conversion of existing ancillary building; change of use of section of site from D1 to A1 Pharmacy; and minor reconfiguration of site to provide level threshold, cycle and vehicular parking; new bin store; proposed new fencing; proposed new M&E plant adjacent to Rathmell Drive; proposed new M&E plant adjacent to the boundary with number 3 Rathmell Drive) granted: 07/02/2018. Variation sought: To revise the trees to be removed on the approved layout (condition 4) and revised planting plan (Condition 9) To allow in part, a revised hardstanding layout along with new areas of proposed landscape planting on the Clarence Avenue frontage. To facilitate the implementation of a revised landscaping layout to compensate for the proposed removal of trees T8 and T9 at Clapham Park Medical Practice due to construction constraints at the site.
