To establish the lawfulness of a proposed one metre high wooden boarded picket fence to the boundary

Removal of existing retaining walls, hedge / shrubbery and car park barrier to make way for new weld mesh boundary fencing and manual operated sliding gate to the front boundary only to match the height of the existing fence line to the three remaining sides, along with provision of a DDA access ramp which is to replace steps to the front entrance and adjacent raised flower bed.
