Spruce (S1) - tree died around three years ago and needs to be felled before it falls over (it is around 25 feet high). There are a number of other trees very close to it and taking it out would be beneficial to the remaining trees Conifer/Leylandii (L1) - Crown reduction to around half its height (reduce from 30 feet high to 15 feet). This tree sits on the boundary with White Field Cottage and has grown excessively over the past few years. It was reduced in size three years ago but has since grown back strongly. The neighbour is now concerned it may take out his telephone wires if it grows further, and it blocks a huge amount of light from his house (about 8 feet from the tree) Ash (A1) - Crown reduction of about 30%, reducing height from 25 feet to around 15 feet. This tree also sits on the boundary with White Field Cottage and has grown substantially in the past three years since it was last cut back. Reduction needed because of excessive shading of the garden and concerns it may grow out of control. There are a number of other very large Ash trees in relatively close proximity

Erection of outbuilding forming home office. Erection of 2.4 metre high boundary fence. Installation of cladding to the front and side elevations of dwelling

- Fell one eucalyptus tree in front garden, growing at a dangerous angle and signs of basil decay. - Crown lift and cut back to boundary four ash trees on east side of house, these are currently overhanging the boundary fence and to reduce the chance of squirrels getting onto roof and subsequently causing damage in loft space. - On roadside crown lift group of hazel and maple to 5.5 metres which are encroaching on the lane and to trim back away from electricity cables. - On roadside remove one limb from one ash tree which is over hanging garage.

T1 to T4 Sycamore: prune back overhang to no further than the boundary between the two properties at Spring Hill House and Hill End. T5 Sorbus: Crown reduce to no smaller than 4.5m in height with a canopy spread of 3m, and crown lift to 3m over driveway.

Sycamore, Hawthorn and Ash (G1) - Cut back branches overhanging house and gazebo to boundary line.
