G1 (Yew, Holly, Horse Chestnut, Maple, Beech, Laurel) - Reduce all trees back by 2.5meters back to boundary line to keep them well maintained as currently overhanging house and garden.

Reasons for above works - Driveway overgrown, rectory roof is being replaced and access is needed for lorries to remove and bring materials to site.

Removal of non-native evergreen tree. Roots of tree have damaged brickwork of boundary wall and have been advised that they are above sewage pipe as it joins the main sewage pipe in Chapel Lane.
