The three trees in question are numbered here in accordance with the attached plan. They have been identified by professionals as needing urgent attention and the recommendations are as follows: Tree 1 is a Whitebeam tree (Sorbus aria) which is rotting out at the base due to age and consequently dying and in need of felling and replacing with a native tree. Tree 2 is a Mulberry Tree (Morus nigra) for which we have been recommended a canopy reduction to half it's height, approximately 10 to 15 meters. It is in decline behind a close-board fence with concrete inset post installed prior to our purchase of the property. Tree 3 is an Ash tree (Fraxinus excelsior) with Ash Die Back Disease. It is in need of felling and replacement with a native tree.

T1 Beech - Crown reduce by 2m leaving tree 8m high with crown radius of 4m - to reduce shading and take branches of sheds and fences. V small garden overshadowed by tree. T2 Ash - Fell as self seeded speciman growing through hedgeline

Reduce height of trees so they are level with fencing. Approval is for the listed items only: 1. Ash tree at the rear of the garages is to receive a reduction away from the property, this is to stop this tree from being a legal nuisance. 2. Cut back the extreme amount of vegetation that is overhanging the resident path at the rear of the property, this is also nearly touching the property. This is to be pruned back to fence line. 3. Willow is to be reduced by 2 metres to alleviate the stresses in the main union, this work will reduce the risk of failure significantly.
