I have 5 Leylandii trees at the front of my property we would like to have permission to remove reasons being: 1... We have had previous subsidence on our property , from a neighbouring Leylandii in 2004, 3.5 metres away from our property. The tree was removed and subsidence resolved. 2... The 5 trees we would like to remove are now causing the following issues for us. (a) There are a number of large roots growing across the top of the ground and just under the ground very close to our property. They have lifted our patio area just outside our front door. Which we have now just replaced. We are very worried these trees are going to cause further subsidence to our property. The trees are very large and so close to our house. Removal of conifer hedge, replace with fencing, raised bed and pleached hornbeam trees.

To extend by 3 to 5 meters the area of Laurel hedge cut under planning permission T/00454/22/TCA To cut the Laurel hedge and all overhanging branches to the boundary fence to free the existing fruit tree. The current Laurel hedge has grown to about 7 meters high and extends into the garden and into the fruit tree. It causes a large area of shading in the garden and is starting to take root where branches are touching the ground.

There is a large number of self seeded ash trees growing within the compound. Our certified team will attend site and fell all trees growing in the compound or within 0.2 metres of the perimeter fence. All work will take place from ground level using an extended pole saw. The stumps will be left as close to ground level as is feasible and will be treated with ecoplugs to prevent regrowth. All waste will be processed through a wood chipper and removed from site for suitable disposal.

T1 - Apple Tree Fell due to trees location to fence and encroaching into neighbours garden. Tree has not fruited as well for the last season and its crown has looked unhealthy over the last few months. There is a pocket of decay in the lower stem where the tree forks into two client is keen to replace with something more suitable to location
