Conversion of part of the office building and part of undercroft area from E (g) (i) to 24 residential flats, Use Class C3 (a), with retention and extension of existing flat. Planning permission is sought for the erection of 7 bungalows following the demolition of the existing modern school buildings, retention of and extension to the former school building fronting Church Lane to form a residential dwelling, retention of the Old School House and conversion to a dwelling, creation of new access and all associated ancillary work, including variation of approved plans condition 2 attached to 19/01765/FUL to allow for a substitution of plots 1-7.
