Erection of 1.5 storey triple car garage to North, new external landscaping with gravel and decking, new small retaining wall and replacement of single storey garage to South. Alterations to main dwelling including balustrade round waterwheel and repairs, reconstruction and extension of balcony entrance and new proposed glass box on south elevation including variation of approved plans condition 2 attached to 20/02778/FUL, to allow for amendments to triple garage and amendments to elevations of Mill building. Variation/removal of other conditions in line with these changes and submitted details.
