T2 Walnut Tree - reduce by 2-3m overall, crown lift over drive way up to 5m. Rear Garden-Right hand Side T3 Willow Tree - Reduce by 2-3m overall. T4 Willow Tree - Reduce by 3m overall T5 Willow Tree - Reduce lowest branch over the lawn area by half approx. 4-5m. T6 Sycamore Tree - Fell to ground level, Tree is rubbing on fence and will never be a specimen Tree as it struggles for light under the large Weeping Willow which has caused all the growth to be overhanging the Neighbours land. T7 Willow Tree - Reduce by 3-4m overall. Rear Garden - Left Hand Side T8 Apple Tree and T9 Conifer -Fell to ground level as poor specimens tall and thin and covered in Ivy. T10 Cherry Tree - Reduce by 3m overall - to control size of Tree and give good clearance to Village Hall. T11 Cherry Tree - Fell to ground level, Tree is no specimen due to its location under the Larger Cherry Tree, it leans towards the Village Hall and is touching the roof, all growth is over the boundary line. T12 Cherry Tree Reduce by 3-3.5m overall, remove the lowest branch on the Village Hall side back to the trunk. Reduce to control size of Tree, remove branch as an obstruction on the Village Hall side for Vehicles etc. T13 5 Hazel Trees- Reduce to leave at 3m above ground level. T14 Apple Tree - Reduce by 3-4m - Tree has become too dominant in this area by the side of the Garage, reduce to control size and reduce liability risk of limb failure.

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees in a Conservation Area: 1. Holly: Crown reduction by 1.5m to manage size and prevent damage to the boundary fence. 2. Holly: Crown reduction by 1.0m to manage size and prevent damage to the boundary fence. 3. Apple: Crown reduction by 3.0m to previous cutting points. 4. There is a dangerous leaning Sycamore with clear signs of disease on the bark at about 9 ft. The tree is coming through the fence from The Old Rectory, Rectory road. It needs to be cut flush with fence

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees protected by Tree Preservation Order 51a/00 - 3x Ash (G1) Fell trees, and replace with 4 x Pyrus chanticleer 3m height The trees are in poor condition with multiple cavities due to the need for regular pruning; the trees shed deadwood in high winds causing anxiety as the trees are near the dwellings. They cast excessive shade over the neighbour's property and residence, and the stems incremental growth is damaging the boundary fence.

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees protected by Tree Preservation Order 30/08 - 2x Limes to be pollarded at suitable points.The trees are too close to the church house and too close to the neighbouring property Yew tree to be cut down as its growing too close to the boundary fence and its close proximity to neighbouring property The Church house has had complaints about these trees from the residents in the neighbouring property. The Lime tree near the fence line has a large hole in the trunk.

Notice of intent to carry out works to a tree in a Conservation Area - Holly tree is approx 30ft and would like to reduce to 6ft and reduce all over by 6ft. There is an overgrown holly bush on the farside of our fenced garden boundary. The tree is so overgrown that it is very pushing against/breaking the fence structure it is growing against and has grown out of control in height blocking light. We have been in touch with a tree surgeon who agrees it needs to be cut back significantly into control.

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees in a Conservation Area - Leylandi type trees running along boundary edge to oneside of house. Trees were reduced in height for a previous planning permission now want to remove trees altogether due to unsightly nature. The boundary due to ours and recent neighbour works has a 6ft fence along it for the majority of the length, which replaces the need for the trees. Some trees have been badly affected by years of neglect prior to our arrival and have decay. See sketch 1 for details.

To prevent future damage to services, Plum (T2) - Fell to ground level and remove stump. To prevent future damage to out building, Holly (T3) - Fell to ground level and remove stump. To allow light to flower bed below, Apple trees (G1) - Maintenance prune. Reduce over extended laterals by approximately 1.5M. To maintain size and improve fruit production, Apple (T4) - Fell to ground level and remove stump. To allow for new outbuilding, Budlia (T5) - Fell to ground level and remove stump. To prevent further damage to boundary fence.

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees protected by Tree Preservation Order 22/12 - We would like to apply for permissions to reduce the over hanging branches back to suitable growth points BS3998 by 2m, at this address are a row of beech trees at the rear of the garden (7 St Peters in fields). These are over hanging the property of 76 Rosemary Avenue Braintree. We have potential works that our client wants to reduce back the over hang on the beech trees. I would like to add that the trees are over hanging his boundary fence and shed by at least 4/5 metres.
