Variation to condition 2 and 4 of application 21/00440/FUL (Construction of first floor with a roof top terrace with bar to provide additional seating with internal alterations and construction of fire exit escape staircase to rear) for condition 2 the retractable roof has been altered to a fixed glass roof and a wind break is required around the terrace for comfort of customers, new drawings have been submitted, and condition 4 as a fixed roof is now proposed over a retractable roof, it is proposed that the wording of the condition mentioning the retractable roof is removed as this will no longer apply or be relevant to the proposal.

Variation to condition 2 of application 18/01988/FUL (Demolition of existing dwelling and garage and construction of replacement 5 bed dwelling with basement) to allow for a first floor rear construction, two dormer windows, new portico entrance, alterations to the design of the garage, and alterations to the fenestration including amendments to the detailing around the rear windows and doors, enlargement of the rear patio doors and reduction in the size of the basement.
