Demolition of conservatory and front part of the existing main roof. Construction of a two-storey front extension, part two/part single storey rear extension, increase in ridge height of the dwelling, 4x roof lights, conversion of existing garage and alterations to the existing fenestration.

Demolition of existing garage. Construction of part single/part two storey side extension, two storey rear extension, two storey front extension, alterations to the fenestration and render to the exterior of the dwelling.

Variation to condition 2 of application 18/01988/FUL (Demolition of existing dwelling and garage and construction of replacement 5 bed dwelling with basement) to allow for a first floor rear construction, two dormer windows, new portico entrance, alterations to the design of the garage, and alterations to the fenestration including amendments to the detailing around the rear windows and doors, enlargement of the rear patio doors and reduction in the size of the basement.

Demolition of existing conservatory. Proposed two storey front extension with habitable accommodation within the roof space, increase in ridge height of part of existing dwelling, single storey rear extensions, insertion of 4x roof lights into the existing roof, 3x pitched roof dormer windows to the rear and new patio area.

Non material amendment to application 21/01595/FUL (Demolition of existing non-agricultural storage barn, construction of detached dwelling and associated landscaping (Building B) to increase the front ground floor window, addition of a glazing panel to the front door, alterations to the west elevation to include four new full height windows.

Non material amendment to application 19/01278/FUL (Demolition of existing music room, swimming pool, gym, sports hall and ancillary buildings, conversion of existing Main house, Classroom buildings, stable and barn to provide 23 residential dwellings and the construction of 13 new build dwellings, to provide a total of 36 residential dwellings (Class C3), with associated car parking, landscaping and infrastructure works) to infill existing modern opening to Listed wall to car parking to the North and new opening from Courtyard straight through to parking, new laundry rooms added to unused space. Non material amendment to application 22/00188/FUL (Demolition of buildings and conversion of former farm buildings to form 4 dwelling houses) for alterations to Barn C, comprising of repositioning of internal partitions forming bedrooms in the east range, additional 3x roof lights to the north elevation, changes from a window to a door and additional glazing to the south elevation.
