Application for the variation of a condition 36 (List of approved plans and drawings) following grant of planning permission 21/05297/X - Application for the variation of a condition 37 following grant of planning permission of 18/06722/F for the demolition and redevelopment to provide 2 new buildings (3-16 storey's) comprising 295 no. build-to-rent residential apartments (Use Class C3) including flexible gym, flexible activity space, concierge and residents lounge and 21 residential apartments for affordable housing (Use Class C3) and landscaping, public realm, bin storage, plant areas and cycle parking. Amendments to position of apartments and changes to balcony details.

Roof alterations and increased PVs, changes to public realm/landscaping, additional cycle parking.

Application for the variation of condition 9 (List of approved plans and drawings) following grant of planning permission 20/06252/F for the change of use from E to Sui Generis class, from a gymnasium to a 3 no.
