Proposed internal and external alterations to a dwelling house- Installation of new internal partition walls to provide fire protection for means of escape, forming new door opening between GF rooms, alterations to existing doors and windows to rear elevation at basement level and installation of new timber glazed doors, installation of new floor access hatch and fixed timber ladder down to cellar, form new WC to half landing level between GFL and FFL, install new polyester powder coated aluminium glazed door to existing roof terrace and the removal of the modern handrail to roof terrace and installation of new glass balustrade.

Application to vary condition no's 19 (allocated site) and 20 (approved plans list) attached to planning permission 15/03059/F (Demolition of all the existing derelict buildings on the site, with the exception of the Grade II Listed Building (retained), along with the decommissioning and removal of all the above and below ground tanks. To make way for 14 new residential dwelling units, comprising of 10 new build houses, along with the complete renovation and refurbishment of 13 Victoria Avenue (Grade II listed Building) into 4 flats of a 1 and 2 bedroom mix) - proposed alterations to the design of house types A and B (including removal of roof terraces).
