Application for the variation of condition no.2 following grant of application 20/04485/H for a replace hip roof with gable roof and loft conversion with flat roof dormer window to the rear and pitched roof dormer windows to the front. Erection of a single attached garage to the side and conservatory to the rear. Amendment sought for changes to the side garage extension involving raising the eaves height and increasing the width of the garage door.
