Amendment sought for entrance porch and WC for Flat 4 on the south elevation of the new-build element, and a single dormer window serving Flat 3, again on the new-build element, located centrally within the rear roof slope.

Application to vary condition 3 (Windows) of permission 20/05536/H, which approved a first floor rear extension with roof terrace, together with internal and external building alterations. Amendment to window specification.
