PRS residential units (1, 2 and 3 bed), 524 sqm of flexible commercial floorspace (Use Classes A1, A2, A3, A4, B1a, D1 or D2) at ground floor level and associated development, including landscaping, public realm, bin storage, plant areas and cycle parking. MAJOR - now proposed change to roof layout with reduced plant/green biodiverse roof areas, provision of an amenity area (landscaped roof terrace), solar panels and stair core/lift overrun.
