Application to vary condition no's 19 (allocated site) and 20 (approved plans list) attached to planning permission 15/03059/F (Demolition of all the existing derelict buildings on the site, with the exception of the Grade II Listed Building (retained), along with the decommissioning and removal of all the above and below ground tanks.
