The proposed replacement of an existing conservatory roof for a tiled roof and the replacement of external doors and windows with associated works.

Installation of a new Velux window to the rear kitchen roof, and the removal of an existing rear window and installation of a new set of French doors.

Demolish an existing single-storey Utility Room to the rear of the property and replace it with a new larger, highly glazed Garden Room that opens up to a new external terrace. Remove external steel staircase and restore the original window opening to replace the blocked door at first floor level to the side of the property. Upgrade window sashes throughout the property with Slimlite double glazed units to provide an enhanced thermal performance. Install photovoltaic solar panels to the roof at the rear of the house.

Internal reconfiguration and enhancement of thermal envelope of existing property alongside landscaping works including pool and gym. Key proposals include; thermal lining and glazing upgrades, replacement timber double glazing, minor layout adjustments mainly restoring to the original configuration of the house, reinstatement of window openings, new windows and dormer set back from main facade and roof.
