I have subsequently re-pollarded it on two occasions with approval to keep the tree whilst reducing the risk of failure. The regrowth is again reaching that point. Group 1 - Mix of lawson and leylandi conifers - remove. From the north west corner of the property heading south east along Cherry Hill Drive is the remains of a conifer hedge, they have been keep about fence height but are In poor health. The proposal is to remove the conifers along the roadside boundary then replant with shrubs tpo stabilise the bank.
