(1) Demolition of the existing single storey extension and erection of replacement single storey extension to the west elevation. (2) Erection of a single storey lean to extension to the north elevation. (3) Demolition of the existing front porch and erection of replacement porch. (4) Demolition of the existing detached garage and erection of replacement detached double garage. (5) Blocking up of existing ground floor window to the west elevation. (6) Removal of existing windows and installation of metal framed double glazed windows.

Proposed demolition of existing garage/utility room, erection of a new extension to form a store, shower room/utility room to the side of the existing dwelling and erection of conservatory to the rear of the property
