He has 2 split union sycamores in his rear that are subject to a TPO ( Number 06/03/SC group 7) which are in severe decline/ dead. That are needing to be removed as they have already dropped large limbs causing damage to my customers property. They are overhanging the neighbours property/ house and also in close proximity to public footpath and road way. I hope this is the correct way to go about getting these works approved quickly as there is a high risk of more serious damage occurring with the trees being left.
