Conversion of existing outbuildings to habitable floor area, construction of first floor and single storey extensions and single storey home workshop/store

Refurbishment and construction of a single storey extension to the existing Coach House to be used ancillary to the main dwelling.

S73 variation of condition 2 (Approved plans) of planning permission 21/02515/FUL (Demolition of existing bungalow and construction of a 5 bedroom replacement dwelling together with garage, driveway and landscaping) to remove the basement floor of the house and remove the sunken courtyard, to provide new plans for the ground and second floor, and extend the permitted garage to provide an additional car parking space and larger home office.

New single storey platform enclosure to boiler house upper roof (Level 6) and structural skeleton frame from ground level. Alterations to the east elevation of boiler house plant room at Level 2 to enlarge existing external wall opening. Demolition of existing Level 2 gantry platform and construction of new enlarged gantry platform. Proposed cantilevered extension to existing sampling room enclosure at Level 5. New access stair from Level 5.

Repair, conversion and extension of existing barn to form dwelling house; construction of outbuilding to contain 2 car spaces plus bins' and cycles' store.

S73 Variation of Condition 3 (Reinstatement of site) of planning permission 21/01813/FUL (Demolition of piggery building and mobile home and the construction of 1 No. detached dwellinghouse and garage together with new access) to extend the date to 18 months.

Partial replacement of existing masonry link between existing house and extensions with conservatory style construction.

S74B to vary condition 3 of planning permission 19/0175/FUL (The erection of an apartment building (45 affordable dwellings); erection of mixed use building with community centre and ancillary office and meeting rooms on ground floor with 4 affordable dwellings above; change of use of Gate House to mixed use (commercial ground floor (A1/A2/A3/B1/D1 in the alternative) and 1 dwelling on first floor), together with associated external works including provision of open space (including play area), cycle parking, landscaping and demolition of 'link building' attached to Old Library (Grade II listed) to change the construction working hours to - extension of working hours on Saturdays until 1800 and allow work inside buildings to continue until 2100 Monday to Friday.
