Submission of details of the front entrance door, the creation of the bin store including the bin store opening, ventilation, doors, and louvres; all new windows and alterations to existing windows; particulars and samples of the zinc cladding to the 4th and 5th floors and the roof, details of the fourth floor dormers; the balcony and roof terrace balustrades; particulars and samples of proposed bricks and mortars for new construction and works of making good and details of the refuse storage facilities pursuant to conditions 1 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) and 2 of planning permission dated 09.07.2020 (20/00258/FULL).

Demolition of the existing buildings (except the facade of 9-10 Angel Court up to 4th floor level) and the construction of a new building including part facade restoration and part facade replication on basement, ground and 7 upper floors plus plant room and terraces at roof level, for class B1 (offices) use (3041sq.m GIA) and ancillary uses plus use of part of the ground floor and basement as flexible use for either class A1 or class B1 use (321sq.m).

Alterations to the rear of the existing building facing Bush Lane and Scott's Yard at ground and lower ground level, to include the following: removal of existing louvre facade and exterior stairs, removal of parapet to existing roof, construction of a new single storey Cycle Centre on the existing roof, to provide for 18 cycle spaces, constructed in steelwork frame with new architectural louvred facade including doors, and new sedum planted flat roof with roof access rooflight, new stairs configured to access the cycle centre, new large cycle store off street level, relocation of existing plant equipment to new position behind parapet of new cycle centre, new dry riser inlet, new 15 number lockers internally within the existing shower area and all associated works and modifications

Construction of an extension at eighth and ninth floor levels to provide additional B1a office floorspace with associated roof terraces and plant area including external facade alterations and refurbishment of the existing entrance.

Works to conserve and restore St. Lawrence Jewry Church including alterations to the ventilation "chimney" above the Vicarage flat, alteration to the Nave eaves and parapet on the north side, external stone cleaning and re-pointing, construction of one additional lead downpipe and hopper on the north elevation and new external bell frame housing on south-west flat roof.
