Demolition of existing canopy and outbuilding. Erection of part single storey and part two storey side and rear extensions. Alterations and erection of mansard roof extension, two rear dormers, two side dormers, one dormer to the front and installation of two rooflights. Alterations to raise the height of existing fence to the front to include a gate with widened entrance, drive way and dropped kerb.
