Consultation from KCC on details of all proposed lighting including a lighting strategy that minimises the potential impact of lighting on foraging and commuting bats pursuant to condition 17 of planning permission DA/19/1549 for a new tunnel (the Bean Road Tunnel) and associated road works to include bus, cycling and pedestrian access to the east of Bluewater Shopping Centre to link to the Eastern Quarry development, including tree planting at land adjacent to lake 5 and tunnel infilling

Application for the following arboricultural works: fell and remove the stumps of the following trees - T9 (Cherry); T11 (Cedar of Lebanon); G10 (7 no. Lawson Cypress); G24 (3 no. Holly). All trees will be replaced on completion of the development works. Trees T9, G10 and T11 will be replanted with standards to heavy standards as an instant screen is desired subject to Tree Preservation Order No.5 1978
