1. Partial removal of eastern low boundary brick wall to allow access from the private driveway to the front of the house. Including removal of foliage, bushes and 1 x tree. Create a parking area of 7m x 7m at the front of the property. 2. Increase the height of the existing eastern boundary wall/install new as required to provide a continuous, secure perimeter separating the house and garden from our driveway, approx 20m in total. This additional height/new perimeter will come in the form of wooden fence panels not exceeding 2m in high.

Change of use from C3 Dwelling Houses to C2 Residential Institution (Care Home Facility) including erection of a single storey extension and associated landscaping. Existing boundary wall fence height to be increased to 2m high and dividing fences removed.
