1. Partial removal of eastern low boundary brick wall to allow access from the private driveway to the front of the house. Including removal of foliage, bushes and 1 x tree. Create a parking area of 7m x 7m at the front of the property. 2. Increase the height of the existing eastern boundary wall/install new as required to provide a continuous, secure perimeter separating the house and garden from our driveway, approx 20m in total. This additional height/new perimeter will come in the form of wooden fence panels not exceeding 2m in high.

Erection of fence and gate following removal of existing conifer trees.

Consent to crown lift three Beech and one Sycamore to provide 5m clearance above ground level, tip reduce one Yew tree and Sycamores 1 to 2m overhanging the rear and side fence (Trees within in G1). Crown lift seven Beech trees to 5m above ground level and tip reduce Sycamores 1 to 2m overhanging the rear fence (Trees within in G2).
