T1 Birch. Secondary branch at 10 feet above ground level : remove secondary branch with a diameter cut of 1.5 inches. T2 Birch. Primary limb at 25 feet above ground level : reduce back to fence line leaving branch length of five metres. Primary limb at 14 feet above ground level : reduce back to in line with boundary leaving final branch length of four metres. Reason: to remove branches overhanging boundary and create more space and light for border shrubs.

Tree branches are over hanging onto the building causing a fire risk. This is a recommendation from our fire risk assessment. Area marked in Blue Hazel trees to be cut back to footpath line up to top building height where needed. Work area is approximately 60metre long. Area marked in Yellow Laurel and Cedar tree to be cut back to wall line and to a height of 2 metre above building. Work area is approximately 15metre long. Area marked in Red 4 Cedars and 1 Hazel tree cut branches back to fence line and above building by 2 metre. Work area is approximately 30metre long.

Front Garden : T1, Willow : dismantle to near ground level as tree is too close to the house and too big for its position. T2, Forsythia next to willow : reduce shrub by 2-3 metres. Works required as part of ongoing annual management. Rear Garden: H1, Cypress and leylandii hedge : reduce in height by 1 metre to the height of the fence posts to rear field. Trim annual growth on neighbours side and end profiles. Works required as part of annual hedge management.

Y1 - Yew Tree 1, prune back overhanging branches on neighbours (Lane End) side of boundary to enable us to put up a fence Y2 and Y3 - Yew Tree 2 and 3, remove dead wood Y4 - Raise crown by removing lower branches at ground level. There is also one branch that is growing out of the shape of tree so to cut this back in line of tree.

Fig (T1) - fell because of it's vast size and overshadowing neighbouring properties, potentially causing damage to sheds, fences and greenhouse. Also overhangs neighbours car parking spaces which has already experienced fallen branches due to bad condition of tree. Light source compromised to all surrounding properties. Elderberry (T2) - fell as it has grown in along with the Fig and is adding to all the above. There is ivy that has limited access to the Elderberry which is also in bad condition.

T1 - Turkey Oak, Reduce lowest branch overhanging garden back to small upright 2m west of fence, MDC 75mm. Reduce mid-crown branches overhanging No's 9 & 13 by 3-5m to suitable growth points, MDC 75-100mm. Reason for Works: Maintain tree to appropriate size for location.

Oak (T2) Reduce low branches growing over fence to southeast by no more than 3.5m. Oak (T3) Reduce upper crown growing to the southeast by no more than 2.5m. No wounds larger than 65mm to be made. Reason- To maintain the trees to a suitable size for the location. Delaying the works will ultimately lead to more invasive works which will be more detrimental to the health of the trees.
