Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) of reserved matters approval: 3/18/1953/REM - Retention of changes to the surfacing and material of the access and car park layout, alterations to garden layout and fencing locations, revised parking layout, additional and amended planting details, omission of front boundary wall replaced with picket fence.

Change of use of 7m of grazing land to burial land. Removal of existing boundary fence and two gates and erection of two replacement gates and fence on the new proposed boundary.

Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) of the LPA's approval 3/19/1955/VAR (Approval of reserved matters in respect of appearance, layout, scale and landscaping for the erection of 85 no. dwellings, following application 3/14/2200/OP allowed on appeal APP/J1915/W/15/3127807) - Garage removed at plot 65, fence and boundary lines amended and a shed added. Paved path added to the east and north plot boundary joining to the parking to the west of the plot. Bin and Cycle Store added to rear garden of Plots 13-16.

Replace and upgrade existing vehicular entrance and exit and pedestrian gates to the school, installing new, automatic, gates and fencing, ANPR cameras to be monitoring entrance gates to the main site, ornate railings to be fixed to the top of the low level wall on the pavement of Hale Road at the existing front entrance of the site, 1.8m high 868 weldmesh fencing to be installed on the inside face (school site side) of the existing hedgeline which boundaries Hale Road and Pegs Lane, low level palisade fencing on the grass bank and road either side of the subway stairway inside the site, palisade fencing to run all the way up the left hand side of the driveway towards the main school building. Installation of an automated vehicular gate to top car park with ANPR cameras, with a new access controlled pedestrian gate with a new pathway to be installed to allow a through path to the existing walkway on site. Lighting installed on top of fence posts to luminate the path within the school site. 868 weldmesh fencing to run along the boundary of the site, around the whole of the playing fields to the south of the site.

Site separation works to include security gatehouse and visitor car parking, perimeter security gate, revised access arrangement with barriers/turnstiles and gates, modified ramp to underpass, new security boundary fence, new generator, creation of service trenches and ducts, landscaping, external lighting and associated works.

Replace entrance and exit gates with a mixture of manual and fully automatic gates and install new boundary fencing to the inside of hedges and trees. All fencing and gates will be 1.8 metre high 656 twinwire galvanised steel weldmesh.

Relocation of internal partition to bedroom 2. Replacement of timber casement and bay windows. Insertion of new windows to basement. Alterations to boundary fencing. Provision of new parking bay accessible from King Street. New brick piers to entrance and parking bay. Insertion of new boundary retaining wall.
