Repair retaining walls, reduce site levels of driveway ramp and increase hardstanding, driveway and off street car parking capacity, extend front porch, utility room pitched roof replaced with flat roof, alterations to ground floor and first floor fenestration (windows and doors), replace and extend cladding, new external steps and retaining wall. Provide acoustic fencing and sustainable soft landscaping (shrubs), lay non-slip pavings and surfacing to driveway and forecourt, reposition sliding entrance vehicle gate and retaining wall.

Retention of works: Erection of single storey outbuilding (with 1.7 metre high fencing at roof level); together with associated excavation works.
